Hi there! My name is Crissi Langwell, and I’m excited to share my health-focused journey with you. This blog will offer highlights on essential oils and ways to use them, gardening as I learn more about growing things, meal recipes, weight loss stories, life tips, and so much more.
A little more about me…. I live in Northern California with my husband and our blended family of young adult children. I’m a fiction author who mostly writes women’s fiction, romance, and young adult, among other genres. My most recent book release was Numbered, a dystopian romance that takes place in 2050. In my free time, I always have my nose in a book. My 2019 reading goal is 100 books, and I’m amazingly right on track, despite how busy my life is. I’m aiming to get to the gym more. I’m obsessed with the band Bon Iver, and also love Coldplay, Radiohead, Lord Huron, and Shallou. My favorite time of day is around 5 in the morning, when everyone is asleep and I can start my day with prayer and coffee.
